The scope and limits of what we publish here.

Last updated 19 August 2026. Read alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Entertainment only

Drift Bang is a work of fiction made for entertainment. It is not a driving simulator, a training tool or a model of real-world vehicle behaviour, and no part of it should be taken as guidance about driving. Its handling model deliberately exaggerates speed, grip loss and collision survivability for arcade effect.

Driving in the real world is governed by the French Highway Code (Code de la route) and by equivalent road traffic law elsewhere. Nothing depicted in this game — speed, overtaking, drifting, near misses — is safe or lawful on a public road.

2. No professional advice

The information on this website, including our legal pages, is published to explain how we operate. It is provided for general information and is not legal, technical, financial or professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Take your own professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

3. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no representation or warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Game mechanics, scoring values, stage parameters and planned features described on this site may change as we update the game, and the site may lag behind those changes. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site. This does not affect the liability we cannot exclude, as set out in our Terms of Service.

4. Availability and technical performance

Performance depends on your device, browser, graphics drivers and connection, none of which are within our control. We make no guarantee about frame rate, load time or compatibility with any specific device, and we do not warrant that the site will be free of errors, interruption or malicious code. Keeping your device and browser secure and up to date is your responsibility.

5. Trade marks and third-party rights

Every vehicle, livery, location, stage name and item in Drift Bang is our own invention. Nothing in the game is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed from any real vehicle manufacturer, motorsport organisation, place, event or brand, and any resemblance to a real product, place or person is coincidental.

Product and company names mentioned incidentally on this website — browsers, operating systems, advertising platforms and public bodies — are the trade marks or registered trade marks of their respective owners. In particular, Google and Google Ads are trade marks of Google LLC. Their use here is descriptive and does not imply any endorsement of us by them, or of them by us.

6. External links

This site links to a small number of external websites, such as the CNIL and the Défenseur des droits, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Advertising

We advertise this game on search engines, and specifically through Google Ads. Our adverts describe a free browser game with no purchases and no mandatory sign-up, which is exactly what you get on arrival — the game is playable directly on the landing page. We do not operate any other website, app or advertisement that charges for Drift Bang, and we are not responsible for third parties who copy or misrepresent our game. If you encounter one, please let us know.

8. Health and comfort

A small number of people may experience discomfort — including eye strain, motion sickness or, very rarely, photosensitive seizures — when playing fast-moving video games. Play in a well-lit room, sit a comfortable distance from the screen and take a break of at least 10 minutes every hour. Stop playing and consult a doctor if you feel dizzy, nauseous, disoriented, or experience altered vision, involuntary movement or loss of awareness. If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, seek medical advice before playing. Game audio can be muted, and the reduced-motion limitations we have not yet fixed are documented honestly on our Accessibility Statement.
